Terms & Conditions

Clients are requested to read the following Terms & Conditions carefully so as to avoid any issues/disputes relating to our services.

• We have a Next Day delivery procedure. Delivery time is between 10.00 A.M. to 6.30 P.M.
• We do one-pick up daily. In case of additional pick up, we request you to send your representative to our office with the consignment.
• We do not deliver on Sunday.
• The company shall not be liable for any loss arising due to the causes beyond its control such as floods, accidents, fire, theft, war, terrorism, etc.
• We do not deliver consignments addressed to a Post Box Number.
• We will not be responsible for any document sent by the consignor which is prohibited by the Indian Postal Act of 1898.
• The company shall not be liable for any loss arising due to confiscation of consignment by any government authorities.
• The consignment should not contain any such items or materials which are prohibited by law. Further, the said material or items sent by the Consignor shall be solely at the consignor's risk as to the costs and consequences thereof.
• Every effort is made to adhere to the delivery schedule, but it may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Mirakle Couriers does not accept liability for the same.
• Unless until specified, the delivery will be made only to the consignee at his doorstep.
• The company reserves the right to change the clauses mentioned in the terms and conditions without prior notice.
